The UN Loss and Damage Scam Made Major Progess at Katowice without US Opposition

Almost unreported during the just concluded UN Katowice COP 24 conference is the biggest scam of all in the climate scam supported by the United Nations, the Democratic Party, and the other members of the Climate-Industrial Complex. The Paris “Treaty” of 2015 included a “Loss and Damage” provision under which developed countries would be obligated to reimburse less developed nations for the costs of adverse weather events. The alleged theory is that the developed countries are responsible for putting the increased carbon dioxide in the air that is allegedly causing climate changes, so they should pay for the alleged resulting damages, which is alleged to include all adverse weather effects.

The just concluded Kotowice conference was unfortunately allowed to make considerable progress in codifying how this loss and damage scam would be carried out. The rules that were drafted appear to be a major mistake by the Trump Administration. This could have been prevented since the the US is still a participant in the UN COP 24, and the UN operates on the principle of unanimity, so US opposition could have prevented this. But somehow the Trump Administration either missed this, or decided not to make it an issue in hopes of mollifying the green gods.

The results could be catastrophic for the already seriously overspent US Federal budget. Under the new rules approved at COP 24 the less developed countries will be allowed to build their fantasy case for compensation in detail. It was agreed that each member nation would prepare as part of its “Transparency Framework” detailed loss and damage calculations based on adverse weather events during the year. The obvious purpose of these calculations is to claim compensation from the developed countries for these losses and damages.

So why did the Trump Administration agree to including these loss and damage calculations in the “Transparency Framework?” After all, the Trump Administration may not get reelected to keep the US out of the “Treaty,” and thus prevent these claims from being made or even to keep the US from being readmitted to the “Treaty.” If the basis for the claims had never been adopted, it would have been much harder for the claims to succeed. And why does the US Government want them to succeed? Why not end this aspect of the climate scam before it can do really serious damage if Trump should not be reelected?

Developing countries can even include projected losses and damages. These would make it possible to use wild and unconstrained computer modeling, and we all know what that can result in. These new rules are asking for serious trouble, and nothing was done by the US to avoid it at COP 24.

When I found out about this effort to creat a “legal” process by which to fabricate climate claims I was dismayed.
The entire Climatocracy needs to be broken up and soon.
Funding 3rd world kleptocracy by a UN empowered to force us to pay is a tyranny and dystopia that unlike the “climate crisis” is coming true.
We are being sleep walked, stop by step, to our own hanging.

Merry Christmas, Doctor Carlin ??

That is a serious oversight. Did the USA president send a delegation or was it representatives from the various interested states? I wonder how these damage claims will be brought forward. Is it through a UN court? The USA have opted out of some UN courts, they will probably opt out of this one.
