Winners include the us economy, taxpayers, Texas, Oklahoma, senator Inhofe, administrator Pruitt, president D J Trump, secretary Perry, Stephen Hayward.
Nobody is a bigger winner than Doc Carlin.
Trump will either stay within the Paris process and oppose it from within or leave the UN process. Either way, Trump and the USA win!!! Globalism loses! Climate change like terrorism and the nut in north kirea is for losers.
