You have a typo in the List of Acronyms in the Kindle version:

UHI: University of Alabama at Huntsville

Carlin, Alan (2015-04-20). Environmentalism Gone Mad: How a Sierra Club Activist and Senior EPA Analyst Discovered a Radical Green Energy Fantasy (Kindle Location 104). Stairway Press. Kindle Edition.

Thanks for the notification Alan! I plan on calling in an order on Monday morning.

I am planning on using your insights on modeling to assist me in trying to figure out what might happen to electric rates in CA, actually PG&E’s rates is my real interest, under the different Scenario’s used by E3:

As slide 12 indicates that PG&E’s Diablo Canyon Nuclear generation facility will be shuttered I am trying to figure out what this means to me as a PG&E customer. Another study being used to support the 50%RES indicated that one should expect an additional $25/month in electrical energy costs with the implementation of the RES. The increase in monthly electrical energy costs at the residential level intuitively seems overly optimistic to me if PG&E no longer provides me power via the Diablo facility.
